Welcome to the sign language section of the Babblefish special needs area. We have put this section together to help folks that are hearing impaired . We hope to add sites and links to use full tools and gadgets to help you deal with your hearing loss and so much more.

deaf nation - a very uplifting site that offers the deaf community a full list of activities and events as well as help and advice. It is definitely a first stop on our list.

ASL Fingerspelling Quiz Site - Jearn finger spelling the easy way with visual guides and streaming video.

Michigan State University - ASL Browser - this site alows you to select a word from a list and it will show yu the sign. It is the best sign dictionary we found. Try it.

ASL PRO Sign Language Dictionary - video dictionaries, learning tools and quizes. A great site to improve your signing abilities and more.

Communication Access center's VRI CAC Video Relay Service (CAC VRS) lets people use sign language when making phone calls. With CAC VRS, a caller using sign language can communicate with a live VRS interpreter by using a video connection. The VRS interpreter signs the telephone conversation with a sign language user and voices to a hearing person who uses a standard telephone. There is no charge to use CAC VRS.
